We use established, reliable personality/behavioral assessment tools to help us assess and map each individual’s intrapersonal, interpersonal, business and leadership competencies.
Personal competencies (soft skills) are critical for executive success.
Executive search consultants attempt to assess these types of skills with behavioral interviews. At Edwards Executive Search, we believe that is not good enough.
While we also conduct behavioral interviews with candidates, we also use the well-regarded Hogan® and/or EQi® (Emotional Intelligence) on-line assessments to help us assess and map personal competencies.
We use this information in the context of the high level business experiences of our Partners and Advisors, as one of several data points to help us in our evaluation.
