W. Lynton Edwards III

Lyn is the Managing Partner of Edwards Executive Search. His background is unique for an executive search consultant. Lyn has 30+ years of business leadership experience as the President/CEO of a privately-held company, a SVP/GM of a division of a Fortune 500 company, as well as other leadership responsibilities for various business units. Prior to founding EES, he was an Executive Vice-President for DHR International, the 5th largest retained executive search firm in the U.S. Lyn has served as a Director/Trustee for numerous business (both publicly-traded and privately-held) and civic organizations. He received his MBA from the Olin Graduate Business School at Washington University, and his BA, English from Colgate University.

Lyn is also an Executive Career Coach who specializes in executive transitions and performance improvement. He is fully certified in the application/interpretation of the Hogan® and EQi® (Emotional Intelligence) assessment tools.

Sandra Gonzalez

Sandra is an Associate Partner of Edwards Executive Search. She has over thirteen years of experience in recruitment, human resources consulting and business development. Her clients have included The Wildlife Conservatory Society, Mattel Corporation, Madison Square Garden/Radio City Music Hall, among others. Sandra is currently pursuing her BA in Organizational Psychology.

Sandra resides in Atlanta, GA.

Mark Herbert

Mark is an Associate Partner of Edwards Executive Search. His background includes over thirty years of combined C level and management consulting experience in high technology, financial services, custom publishing and not for profits, among other industries. He received his BS, Management from Arizona State and did graduate work in human resources/industrial relations at the University of Oregon. Mark has been a featured speaker on management and leadership related topics on a national basis and is the author of the book "Managing Whole People."

Mark resides in Phoenix, AZ and the Willamette Valley of Oregon.

Lana Krasnyansky-Tsiperson

Lana is an Associate Partner of Edwards Executive Search. She has over 7 years of experience in recruitment, career counseling, coaching, talent retention and performance analysis, among other HR activities. Lana received her BA, Business Administration from University of Akron.

Lana resides in Cleveland, OH.

Brenda Svoboda

Brenda is an Associate Partner of Edwards Executive Search. She has over twenty years of experience in human resources management, staffing, executive search and business development for both publicly traded and pre-IPO companies. Her industry experience includes financial services, manufacturing, professional services and hospitality. Brenda received her BA from Stanford University.

Brenda resides in Memphis, TN.

Tanya Westby

Tanya is an Associate Partner of Edwards Executive Search. She has over ten years experience in human resources management including human capitalization, organizational development, change management and staffing. Her industry experience includes packaging, apparel and management consulting. Tanya received her BA, Psychology from St. Olaf College.

Tanya resides in Seattle, WA.

Debra Young

Deb is a Senior Associate Partner of Edwards Executive Search. She has more than fourteen years experience in legal and human resource positions. Deb received her Human Resources Management Certification from Villanova University and in June 2007 she earned her Professional Human Resources Certification. She received her BM and MA, Music degrees from the University of Denver. Deb is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
