Prior to Edwards, she spent 10+ years as a paralegal working in the criminal and civil sectors and four+ years as a Human Resources Administrator performing all Human Resources and corporate recruiting responsibilities.
Her career experience has shown her to be a detail oriented business developer and candidate sourcer providing her clients with the highest level of quality and professional service. Her clients and candidates hold her in high regard as a professional business woman whose true passion is finding executives great career opportunities with great clients. She gets tremendous personal satisfaction in her work in helping clients and candidates find the best career opportunities that are the optimal organizational fit for both parties.
Ms. Young’s belief that the true art of executive recruiting lies in the ability to match candidates that are not just technically competent, but that have the personal competencies and motives/drivers to excel in her clients unique cultures while additionally being in alignment regarding business values. Ms. Young obtained her BM and MA degrees from the University of Denver, Paralegal Degree from Carthage College and Human Resources Management Certification from Villanova University. Additionally, she has held her Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification since 2007.
Ms. Young is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
