Mr. Shure is an Associate of Edwards Executive Search.

Upon entering the recruitment industry, he joined a Fortune 500 staffing firm. In his role there as Recruiting Manager, Mr. Shure focused in financial and operating positions and was very successful in meeting the needs of both clients and candidates.

More recently, Mr. Shure has been involved executive search assignments for executive level positions in a variety of service and manufacturing companies. His clients appreciate his ability to quickly understand the position requirements, and the cultural and organizational dynamics as it relates to the position. He strives to achieve optimal employee engagement levels by matching a candidate’s values with an organization’s culture.

He received his BS, Communications from Miami University.
