Ms. Westby possesses over 15 years’ experience within corporate and consulting environments including Accenture and Nike. Her passion and ability for understanding an organization’s culture and values positions her to identify and attract top talent nationally, regionally or locally to optimize an organization’s performance.
Her experience directing global teams at Fortune100 companies allows her to bring a unique expertise to executive assessment and search. She has experience in global HR process design which is why she is passionate about the Edwards’ benchmark talent acquisition and assessment processes.
Ms. Westby’s clients appreciate her ability to quickly understand not only the position requirements, but also the cultural and organizational dynamics as it relates to the position. She is noted for her strategic approach to sourcing as well her ability to build true partnerships with both her clients as well as candidates. She continually strives to achieve optimal employee engagement levels by matching a candidate’s values with an organization’s culture.
She earned her B.A. in Psychology from St. Olaf College, attended graduate school at the University Of MN Carlson School Of Management for her MA in Industrial Relations as well as received specialized certification in a variety of HR areas.
