Our process involves:

  • The preparation of an “ethical synopsis” for the recruited position as part of the Job Specification.
  • Using this synopsis as the benchmark, we interview the candidate as to behavioral examples of business values issues they have faced and how they responded to resolve the issue.
  • Finalist candidates prepare a written personal values credo statement indicating what principles and values direct their leadership decisions and actions.
