Executive Evaluation

Edwards Executive Search has been asked by executive search clients, who are familiar with our evaluation processes, to offer an independent, third party evaluation of executives that they are assessing themselves.

Examples are:

  • A CEO is retiring and must make a recommendation to the Board as to his internal successor. He wants to make the best choice and understands that he may have personal biases favoring one candidate over the others. He wants some objective information as to the personal competencies of the candidates.
  • A company has identified three finalist candidates for an important position. These candidates have been interviewed by the company and are all considered technically strong. The company wants some objective information as to their personal competencies including a cultural/motivational profile.
  • A company is assessing two highly valued employees who are competing for a promotion to a key position. The company wants some objective information as to the personal competencies of the candidates as leadership and the ability to effectively motivate people is critical in the new position.
