We screen for business values compatibility between candidates and client companies.

EthicsOur Business Values Alignment® assessment process adds a significantly more robust screening element to the current processes used by other executive search firms to assess a candidate’s business ethics. Please compare the information that our process provides as compared to other providers.

Our process involves:

  1. The preparation of an “ethical synopsis” for the recruited position as part of the Job Specification.
  2. Using this synopsis as the benchmark, we interview the candidate as to behavioral examples of business values issues they have faced and how they responded to resolve the issue.
  3. Finalist candidates prepare a written personal values credo statement indicating what principles and values direct their leadership decisions and actions.
  4. Finalist candidates are given two relevant “hypothetical” ethical scenarios to respond to and resolve in writing.

We believe that ethical alignment between a company and its executives is necessary for their mutual performances to be optimal.
