  1. Technical Fit – Is there a strong match between the track record of a candidate and exactly what the client is looking for?
  2. Personal (Job)Fit - Is there a strong match between the candidate’s inherent and developed personal skills and what the client is looking for?
  3. Cultural (Organizational)Fit – Is there a strong match between the motivational profile of the candidate and the client’s culture?
  4. Ethical Fit – Is there a strong alignment between the candidate’s business values and the client’s ethical code?
