Placed-Executive® On Boarding Mentoring
It’s All About the Fit!® We will, at no additional cost, help accelerate the successful transition and personal development of our placed executives.
A lot can go wrong in the transition of a new executive into a company. A 2003 survey by Right Management of over 800 HR Directors indicated that almost 40% of new executives failed to meet management expectations.
Our Placed-Executive® On Boarding mentoring program will assist a client company and the Edwards placed executive in the effective post placement transition of that executive into the client company.
This ninety day (12 week) executive coaching program is available at the discretion of the client company and/or the placed executive, at no additional cost. It involves:
- Weekly consultation between a Master Career Coach and the placed executive to focus on topics that will help the executive to anticipate and deal with common transition problems and derailers. Topics include possible barriers, preparing yourself, accelerating your learning, matching strategy to situation, early wins, negotiating success, achieving alignment, building your team, creating coalitions, keeping your balance and more.
- Identification of and discussion concerning specific personal risk factors for the placed executive, identified via the Hogan® Development Survey and the EQi® (Emotional Intelligence) assessment tools.
This program is an additional service provided by Edwards to indicate our commitment to and our confidence in our ability to offer our client companies placements that endure.
