Assess-To-Perform™ Executive Evaluation

This executive evaluation service is a by-product of my successful, proprietary CompleteFIT® executive search evaluation process. It is designed to evaluate executives that are either being considered for promotion, and/or being considered for hire.

It is based on a measurement of company-to-candidate alignment in 2 competency domains

1. Personal/Job-Based for the new position

2. Motivational-Based for the new position

We take you through a format to establish the critical-to-performance job and motivational-based criterion that you believe are necessary for high performance. We help you set metric standards for each criterion, 31 in all.

We utilize the scientifically-validated Hogan® assessment to measure the candidate’s degree of alignment to the metric standards you have set. These assessments have been proven to predict executive performance.

 

This evaluation and its conclusions are conducted by Mr. Edwards, a former CEO.

Performance Improvement Mentoring

This executive mentoring service is designed to identify and define performance issues and develop a corrective action plan to improve an executive’s performance.

 

We utilize the scientifically-validated Hogan® assessment to measure the mentee’s emotional intelligence and identify specific performance de-railers. These assessments have been proven to predict executive performance.

 

Mentoring is conducted by Mr. Edwards, a Master Career Coach.
